Any gathering is not complete with out a signature cocktail. This tequila cocktail has become a staple of any gathering....both winter and summer. In its essence its a margarita, but with out all the added sugar. The beauty is in the simplicity, Tequila, fresh squeezed lime juice, mineral water, and a splash of coconut water. Like any good cocktail, the devil is in the details, so make sure you choose the right glass and have plenty of quality ice. If you start making these, make sure you have plenty limes.....they will go quicker then you think. There is no substitute for fresh lime juice!

The Elixir
Juice of one lime - Freshly Squeezed
2 oz of good Silver Tequila such as Don Julio Blanco or Cabo Wabo Blanco
1 oz Coconut Water
Splash of Mineral Water
Lime slice for garnish
Fill a collins glass or old fashioned glass with ice. Add ingredients a give a good stir. Garnish with lime slice.
